Bubble mailers are the absolute devil for glassware. I once had a whole kit of bac water crush every single vial in the order.

I ordered from a place last month that used a tiny cereal box for protection. Honestly it worked better than professional bubble wrap.

Maybe you should switch to vendors who use plastic trays inside hard cardboard boxes. Costs a few bucks extra but zero headaches.

Name and shame the vendor so the rest of us can avoid getting our gear smashed to powder.

That is actually a solid tip for real. I will definitely start doing that because dealing with their support team without proof is like talking to a brick wall.

Man that really sucks and I feel your pain completely. Some places literally just drop glass into a paper envelope and hope for the best.

Did you try putting them in the freezer yet to see if they survived or are you just writing them off immediately?

Most of these domestic resellers drop ship from the same warehouse guys who do not care about anything except moving volume.

Honestly if the vacuum is gone the peptide oxidizes super fast anyway. Not worth risking a messy vial for science.

Always record a video when opening your packages from now on. Makes getting a refund or reshipment much easier when the vendor tries to argue with you.
