A typo in the email address? Been there, done that. Except mine was a missing number in my house address. Package ended up at a neighbors house, thankfully they were honest.

I always double check my email and shipping address now. Learned that lesson the hard way with a lost package that was definitely my fault.

My worst experience was a supplier who sent the wrong compound entirely. Had to go through a whole return and reship process. Took forever.

Oh man, the customs thing is always a nightmare. I had an order once that literally sat in a warehouse for three weeks. I thought it was gone for good.

It's a good reminder to be super careful with those details. These compounds are too important for research to mess up the delivery.

I had a similar customs issue, but mine was actually held for inspection. They opened the package, thankfully everything was still intact and labeled correctly.

Three weeks? Thats rough. I get antsy after three days without an update. Glad it eventually showed up for you.

Yeah, the address thing is even worse. At least my package was just delayed, not misdelivered. Glad your neighbor was cool about it.

Eventually, but it was a lot of back and forth. Made me question my sourcing choices for a bit.

That sounds like a huge headache. Did they at least make it right quickly?
