So I am running some trials with a standard sleep support compound and my test subject is currently staring at the wall at three in the morning like he discovered the secrets of the universe. I swear every time I think my protocol is dialed in the universe decides to laugh at my spreadsheet.

Classic lab animal behavior honestly. Mine did the exact same thing last month and then crashed for twelve hours straight.

Just epithalon for general longevity and rhythm stuff. Clearly it gave him too much rhythm.

Are you dosing in the morning or right before lights out.

Morning routine mostly because I figured evening might amp things up. Apparently morning is already enough to ruin sleep.
