A bad batch is definitely possible. Quality control can vary wildly between vendors. Always check the COA carefully for recommended storage.

Sounds like you might have had some moisture ingress. Even a tiny bit of humidity can wreak havoc, especially with lyophilized powders. Did you make sure the seals were super tight?

Could be the type of compound too. Some are just more delicate than others and require very specific storage conditions. What were you working with, if you do not mind me asking?

I disagree. I've had perfectly stored compounds from less reputable vendors degrade quickly. It's not always on the researcher. Sometimes the product is just subpar from the start.

I always store mine in a dedicated mini fridge with a thermometer inside. Takes the guesswork out of it. Regular kitchen fridges can be surprisingly inconsistent.

Oh man, that is rough. I have had similar issues before. Are you sure your fridge is maintaining a consistent temperature? Fluctuations can be a killer for some compounds.

Honestly, I think people overthink this. I just toss mine in the back of the fridge and have never had an issue. Maybe you just got a bad batch of compounds?

Regardless of the vendor, proper storage is paramount. If you're seeing liquefaction, it's almost certainly a temperature or moisture problem. Get a fridge thermometer, seriously.

OP here. I was working with some GHRP 6 and a vial of BPC 157. Both turned into liquid sadness. I thought my fridge was fine but maybe I need a dedicated one like you said. The seals seemed tight but who knows.

GHRP 6 is pretty stable. BPC 157 can be a bit more finicky, but still usually holds up. This really points to a storage issue, not necessarily a bad batch.
