That is a great question. Frost free units have minor temperature fluctuations during the defrost cycle, but for most short to medium term storage it is totally fine if sealed well.

Glad someone mentioned the light issue. I used to keep mine on an open shelf until I realized ambient light might degrade them.

Clear glass definitely benefits from being kept inside a small box or drawer just to block out room illumination completely.

Usually it is hidden potency loss unless the powder turns yellowish or clumps up weirdly after mixing.

Spot on. Anywhere between 36 and 40 fahrenheit is the sweet spot for keeping reconstituted vials stable.
