I am honestly getting tired of seeing the same exact cycle hype pop up everywhere across the community boards. Every few months a new sequence drops and suddenly everyone acts like it cures everything under the sun with zero side effects. Half the time the logs look like creative writing exercises rather than actual documented observation notes. Where is the actual critical thinking anymore instead of blindly following whatever vendor just restocked their inventory. I decided to dig into the actual papers cited by these hype posts and half of them are in vitro or animal models with massive dosages that would bankrupt a small lab. Let us try to keep some actual scientific skepticism alive instead of turning every discussion into a fan club meeting.
