Why does everyone pretend every compound cures everything?

I have been reading through various lab logs and academic write ups lately and I am honestly baffled by the community narrative. Every single time a new vial drops people treat it like a magical fountain of youth that fixes bad sleep and poor diet all at once. Where is the actual skepticism? It feels like confirmation bias is running the entire scene right now. Someone changes five variables in their protocol at the same time and then credits the most expensive peptide in the stack for every positive change they observe. We need to be way more analytical and stop leaning into pure hype. I want to see more people actually questioning their assumptions instead of blindly echoing whatever the current trend is on the forums. Am I losing my mind here or has the collective critical thinking really dropped this low?

The placebo effect in this hobby is off the charts. People spend hundreds of dollars on lyophilized powder so their brain desperately wants it to work miracles.

Exactly my point. And if you dare ask for controlled data or point out confounding variables they act like you just insulted their family.
