Also, what temperature is your sterile water? Room temp or colder? Sometimes that makes a difference.

Have you considered the possibility of a different excipient being used in this new batch? That could explain the change in solubility.

What compound are you working with? Sometimes different peptides have different solubility characteristics even from the same vendor.

For GHRP 6, I have found that sometimes a very very slight warming of the water can help if it is clumping. Not hot, just slightly above room temp.

It is GHRP 6. And the water is typically room temperature. I do not heat it or cool it intentionally. Just whatever the ambient lab temp is.
