My subject managed to contaminate the entire workspace and I want to cry

So I am running some basic storage experiments in the lab and thought I was being all meticulous. Turns out my spatial awareness is roughly equivalent to a concussed raccoon. I knocked over a fresh vial of bacteriostatic water right onto my clean sheet of calculations and somehow managed to baptize my own keyboard.

We have all been there. The struggle is completely universal.

One time I sneezed right as I was pulling the needle out of the stopper and sprayed testing solution all over my safety goggles. Protection works I guess.

At least you did not spill the actual compound powder. That is an expensive kind of pain.

Safety goggles are the real MVP there. Mine have saved me from my own clumsiness more times than I care to admit.

My lab partner calls me a hazard to the local fauna whenever I step near the prep station. You get used to the roasting eventually.

Just buy a waterproof keyboard cover and call it a day of advanced data collection.

True. The powder stayed safe inside the secondary container thankfully. My keyboard is currently sticky though.
