I've seen some interesting data on gut health applications too, not just injury repair. It seems to have a systemic effect beyond just localized healing. Worth looking into if you're exploring its full potential.

I've had pretty good results in my animal models for tendon repair. Nothing miraculous, but definitely an acceleration of the healing process compared to controls. I use a fairly standard dose, nothing crazy.

For my rat models, I've been using 10mcg per kg, twice daily. Subcutaneous administration. It's a common starting point in many published studies.

I'm with OP on the skepticism. I've tried it in a few of my research setups for muscle recovery and honestly, the results were not as dramatic as some people claim. Maybe I need to adjust my protocol.

What kind of standard dose are you referring to? Are we talking mcg per kg or something else? Details would be helpful for those of us trying to replicate findings.

That's an interesting point about gut health. I hadn't focused on that aspect as much. Are there specific markers you've been tracking for those systemic effects?

Good point about storage. Lyophilized peptides are delicate. What's your go to reconstitution solvent and storage temp after mixing?

Bacteriostatic water is my standard. Stored in the fridge, not frozen, after reconstitution. Shelf life is limited once mixed, so I make small batches.

It's not a magic bullet, but it definitely has its place. Consistency and proper storage are key. I've seen researchers get poor results because their compound wasn't handled correctly.
