Man I wish I read this six months ago when I was messing up my math constantly. Splitting doses used to stress me out until I started using a basic spreadsheet for my lab notes.

Same here. Sticking to a single morning routine keeps things so much cleaner and reduces the chance of contamination from handling the vials twice as often.

I tried splitting my subject protocol into morning and evening pins for a while but honestly I did not notice any real difference compared to just doing it once a day.

That contamination point is so true. Every time you pierce the stopper you introduce a small risk so keeping handling to a minimum is smart practice.

Good reminders all around. Keeping it simple is definitely the best policy for anyone getting started in this space.

Appreciate you saying that. Spreadsheets really are a lifesaver once you get multiple compounds going at the same time.
