My research subjects are getting too good at hide and seek after BPC 157

Alright, so I'm running some very preliminary, totally not for human consumption, research on BPC 157 and general 'wellness' in my lab rats. And by wellness, I mean their ability to avoid my attempts at observation. Seriously, before this stuff, they were pretty chill. Now, they're like tiny ninjas. I swear one of them just gave me a look that said 'you'll never catch me'. Is this a known side effect? Enhanced evasion techniques? My protocols are pretty standard, sterile water for reconstitution, appropriate dosing for their body weight, all the usual stuff. I'm starting to think I need to invest in some tiny surveillance cameras just to track their movements. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm getting slower in my old age. Or maybe these peptides are turning my research subjects into escape artists. Any similar anecdotes from other researchers out there? My grant proposal didn't budget for advanced rodent tracking systems.

Are you sure it's not just a coincidence? Sometimes animals just get more comfortable in their environment over time, leading to bolder behavior. Not everything is peptide related.

I've noticed something similar with my own research. My subjects are definitely more spry. It makes data collection a bit more challenging, but also kind of impressive.

I tend to agree with u/ligandden. While peptides are amazing, we need to be careful not to attribute every change to them. Baseline behavior shifts are a thing.

That's a fair point, u/echoroom67. I hadn't considered it from an 'increased vitality' angle. My initial thought was 'they're messing with me'.

Nah, I'm with OP on this. My research subjects are definitely acting different since starting BPC 157. It's subtle, but noticeable. They're like little athletes now.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean! My mice seem to have developed an uncanny ability to predict when I'm about to open their enclosure. It's like they can sense the future. Definitely not in the textbooks.

Could be a general increase in activity levels. BPC 157 is known for its regenerative properties, maybe that translates to more energy and agility for your little guys. Just a thought.
